3. The main drawing machinery
The main High Speed Wire Drawing Machine has two DC drive system: the main machine DC drive and the constant-speed wheel(capstan) DC drive. The 250 DC Motor and DC driver , through the gear reducer to drive the 12 shafts of the drawing wheel in the main drawing machine. In the main drawing machine can put in 12 dies. The 75KW DC through the V belt and reducer to drive the constant-speed wheel(capstan) and drive the annealing device. The constant-speed wheel(capstan) with one die. This machine can ensure the fast dies changing function.(The DC motors applied are from Shanghai Nanyang Motors)The speed is relative to the diameter of the wire. The small wire is high speed and the big wire is low speed.
